Conflict comes up in every business and relationship, but the importance of conflict management has been undermined for far too long.
Conflict is normal and it’s healthy, but it’s also vital that you understand how to work through it. The relationships that you foster in life and in your business are the most important thing you can focus on.
Relationships are important because they nurture us, they make us better, and they help us reach further.
How can you manage conflict properly to help your business grow? Today, I’m going to share some tips with you that will help you see the importance of conflict management and how you work through it successfully every time.
What is Conflict Management?
When you hear the word management, you probably picture a store manager. You may even have a mental image of someone reprimanding an employee. It’s how we view management these days.
There will always be conflict between managers and employees, employees and other employees, and between leaders.
What is conflict management?
It’s the mediation and careful process of getting everyone that is part of a conflict to share their feelings. This can be done in several ways.
A meeting with all employees or managers involved. It’s important that everyone shares their point-of-view on what happened. Everyone views things differently, but until you hear what others think, you won’t be able to work through the conflict and clear the air. Always get everyone involved together and around the table.
Accountability. It’s important that once you have the first meeting with the other person or individuals involved, that you discuss having an accountability partner. One of the essentials of being a leader is to be able to recognize your strengths and your weaknesses too. If you can’t be honest with yourself, your critics will be ten times harder on you. When you make it a point to hold yourself accountable, you’ll grow as a person and as a leader.
Meet regularly. One of the ways to keep the peace is to meet on a regular basis. It’s important to continue to work through the issues, and to make sure that every sore point is out in the open. If one team member is struggling to see how change is being made, it’s important that the other team members can speak their peace. Meeting on a regular basis is vital to build morale and comradery.
Conflict is healthy, but it must be handled professionally and in a peaceful manner. Everyone needs to work together to bring all projects to fruition for the good of the company rather than the individual.
If you want to lead well, lead by working through the conflict management.

In today’s Internet driven world, more and more people are opening blogs. There are countless blogs floating around the Internet. But there are decisions to be made and plans to create if you want your blog to be successful. Use the tips in this piece to create a blog that works for your needs.
Comment on related blogs as a means of attracting new interest in yours. If you have a Google Reader account, set up a folder specifically for blogs that relate to your niche or blogging topic. Comment regularly, if you’d like to say something.
When making your blog, buy your domain name as opposed to going with a free site. Acquiring a domain name is inexpensive and will ensure a professional appearance. This will allow users to find you more easily, and it will also help when it comes to search engine optimization.
Your blog should have information readers are looking for. Don’t blog about daily chores that everybody does like washing dishes or making beds. It will be hard for readers to engage with such familiar, dull content unless you present it in a unique and novel way. Instead, make your topic interesting and engaging. Blogging success, after all, relies on your ability to attract readers.
Be sure to use images when you’re making posts. Have you heard people say that pictures sometimes can get your point across better than words? Blog readers like to see what you are blogging about. The right image can communicate much more than words can. So, try to use images as often as you can.
Make lists an integral part of your blog. Lists are important whether your blog is about recipes and cooking, or whether it is about what you need for overhauling your Volkswagon van. Lists give your readers the information they need in an easy to read format.
Give your readers the ability to comment on your posts and then take the time to reply to each. Readers get the chance to interact with you if you enable comments. This gives you the ability to cultivate relationships with them. If you respond to your readers often, they are more likely to make a return visit. People like to feel engaged.
When you’re blogging, try to maintain an informal, conversational tone. The content of a blog should be sociable. Be certain that you remember that. Part of building reader loyalty is providing unique content, but you should remember that a light, enjoyable tone will help encourage repeat visitors, too.
As you select keywords to use in your blog posts, it’s crucial that you select unique keywords that don’t have too much competition. Choosing the same keywords that are commonly used will make your article hard to find. To get your reader’s attention, you must be unique.
As mentioned in the beginning of this article, blogging can seem easy at the beginning. Just like everyone else, you have important news or information that you want to communicate to others. Suddenly, however, you realized the magnitude of the task you’d taken on. Using the information above, you should be better prepared to take on the challenge of building a blog.
If you want to be successful in network marketing you have to learn how to build a bigger team. There are many thoughts on how you go about building a bigger team, but there is only one right way to do it.
Most folks believe that there are three things you should master in order to make it big in network marketing, but prospecting, duplication and presentation (not in that order), are not the only keys to growing your team.
Talking to more people sounds great in theory, but what if it doesn’t solve your problem? Potentially, you could talk to 50 today, get 25 of them to enroll tomorrow, and what if half of those people quit?
It seems that there has to be a better way, and first-time business builders won’t always feel that this is going to solve their problem. Those who are new recruits may lose confidence and hope in the business model that you’ve presented.
Learning how to build a bigger team is important, and you can do it. Don’t believe it when someone tells you that network marketing is a bad idea, and don’t give up just because you haven’t had the success you desire yet.
Here are some important things you need to know before you make any more decisions.
Learn How to Build a Bigger Team and Make it Second Nature
Information wins the day; at least that is what you’ll hear among your peers that have been in network marketing for any length of time. They know what it takes to be successful because their business is more than 5 years old.
It’s also important that you are focused on being a leader and developing more leaders. Most individuals have good intentions when they join a company. They are excited, and they have some wonderful ideas, but a few months later they begin to lose steam.
This is the conundrum with network marketing that most individuals face. Here’s what you do.
Set goals. Setting goals is essential to be successful in any business. If you have no goals then you have no roadmap of where you’re going and what you’re going to do. You need to pave the road, but not all with good intentions. Set new goals every day and be sure to write them down. Make it concrete.
Plan progressively. If you plan with a monthly calendar, take it to heart and start getting more detailed. The more detailed you are the more you’ll get done. If you plan every day and set new goals every day you’ll get ahead quickly. Plan with another step in mind.
Believe in network marketing. If you don’t believe in network marketing you’ll find it difficult to stand behind it. If you aren’t 100% sure that this is what you want to do, or that it will help you build a viable business, don’t sign the dotted line.
Believe in the business building system. Every business opportunity has a business building system in place. You have to believe in it or you’ll struggle to find a reason to keep building. Believe in the system.
Believe in yourself. Do you believe that you can do this? If you don’t believe in yourself no one else will either. Belief is at the core of everything you do. If you believe you can do it you will!
There is more than one way to build a business, but it’s putting all of the moving pieces together that count. If you can work with these points in mind, you’ll learn how to build a bigger team in network marketing.

TIP! Don’t send random messages to your customers. When messaging clients, make sure you have something interesting to say.

Blogging in this case goes hand-in-hand with your website, but it’s still its own separate entity. You don’t have to be a master blogger to do it right, but what you do need to know is how to share valuable information with others. If you own a mortgage company, or you are a mortgage broker, then you need to be sharing valuable information with your audience. What can your customers do to protect their credit? What about what it takes to improve it? Anything that your customer would want to know about, you should share with them.
SEO also works well with blogging, and that’s because you should know how to take words and use them strategically so that you can be found. When you blog, it’s more than thoughts and ideas that go on the screen. Blogging is all about using words in the right way, in the right location of your text so that you can be voted upon by Google, and start “ranking”.
Email marketing. Blogging and SEO go hand-in-hand, but email marketing is a close partner to both. Here’s why. When you get your blog up and running, you can offer a free report, that will give your readers tons of valuable content and get them to opt-in. If they don’t give their name and email they can’t get the information. Once you get someone to opt-in, they’ll become a subscriber to your list. Once they are on your list, you can continue to market to them. Those who buy from you can also choose to join your list. The best customers are those who have already chosen to do business with you. Until they opt-out of your list, you can market them via email for new products and services you offer.
Social media. Social proof is everything, and if you can build a following on Facebook and Twitter you’ll be able to reach more people through engaging conversation. Ask questions and get your audience talking. It’s important that they know you’re interested in what they think and what they have to say. Utilize Facebook and Twitter, two of the most valuable marketing tools and platforms you can ever use.
There are so many ways to market digitally and reach out to your audience, but it’s important that you master these marketing tools one at a time.
If you would like to learn more about how you can develop these critical digital marketing skills, please shoot me an email, and I’ll share the secret to build your business online.

5 Tips for Proper Attraction Marketing
There are several schools of thought on attraction marketing, but the easiest way to attract the right folks to your business is to do the following:
Talk to multiple people about your business. There is a lot of truth to networking, but it’s also important that you talk to as many folks as possible about what you do. It pays to plant the seed, because you never know when those folks will need your services or products. You don’t have to sell, just share the information.
Go where your audience goes. It’s important that you go where your audience is. Is your business for golfers? Go to the golf course! If your business for animals? Then go to the veterinarian’s office and talk to the doctors and nurses there. You need to be where they are, and spend some time doing research first so that you can map out multiple locations.
Build a social following. It’s so important that you give your audience a place to reach out to you before you launch or do anything else. You need to build a following on as many social networks as possible, but start with the top sites like Facebook and Twitter. Get some social proof, and then start a conversation to get some engagement on your social sites.
The fortune is in the follow-up. This is an old saying, but it’s the truth. Following up is the way that you earn your keep as an entrepreneur. It’s the most important thing you can do outside of the actual work. Attend all of the events that you can, streamline your email follow-ups and always ask for referrals.
Give them options and they will come. There are so many things you can do to earn the business of your audience, but if you are giving them the same thing that everyone else is, you’ll fail. When you give people options, they will come. Always offer options and you’ll be the first choice for your clients.
There are so many ways to build your business, but only a few of those ways are really going to make a tremendous impact.
If you want to get first time clients, or you would like to get fewer but higher paying clients, then focus on the right style of attraction marketing for your business.
