Protein that Fights Cancer

Many of you reading this are fully aware that protein is good for you, but what you may not know is there protein that fights cancer.

This discovery was made specifically during research done by Ohio State on prostate cells. While tons of research has been done on cancer and how to fight it and treat it, we haven’t heard a lot about the natural treatment or method of fighting cancer cells.

Today, I’ll share with you the amazing research that shows there is protein that fights cancer, specifically with prostate in this case.

Protein that Fights Cancer is Easy to Obtain

You have probably heard of whey protein, and most likely you’ve heard about the shakes that contain it. However, what you may not have heard is that studies at Ohio State showed that this protein has high levels of glutathione that combat cancer cells.

Glutathione occurs naturally in the body, and a shortage of it could lead to multiple health problems. Additionally, this protein helps with slowing down the aging process. How about that for a two-in-one solution?

This protein that fights cancer is essentially putting up roadblocks because it is so high in antioxidants. This is because p53, will essentially destroy those unhealthy cells. If you knew that you could get this protein into your body through shakes or other means, why wouldn’t you?

Sure, it’s one of those things that you just think about as an unknown. The reality is that it does work. It sort of makes you wonder WHY America is doing what it’s doing. It has been said that if Americans were healthier, Congress would go broke. Is it true?

Manuel Serrano, the Senior Researcher at the Spanish National Research Center in Madrid, was interviewed by ABC News back in March. He shared that while the process of how this happens isn’t fully understood, they have been able to watch this happen in mice.

In Serrano’s lab, they genetically engineered some mice with these proteins to see what happened. These mice lived longer, and they were healthier. This is where the rubber meets the road so to speak, and not to mention that this is a naturally occurring protein.

How do you feel about this research? Doesn’t this make you wonder why this hasn’t been mentioned before? While this could be viewed as appalling to many, it stands to reason that most folks take what they hear as truth from a doctor without any real research being done.

I know this isn’t always easy. Having watched so many loved ones die from cancer, it makes me want to know more. This is why I am on a mission to provide you with more information about cancer and these natural treatments.

Diet is truly everything, and of course, modern medicine can play a great part when the natural and modern methods are combined. What are your thoughts? I hope you’ll share them with me below.

Now you know, that there is a protein that fights cancer, and you don’t have to walk the journey alone!

Connecting With Your Customers

Connecting with your customers is the key to building a real relationship with them, and above all it means that you are making the effort to get to know them. The personal touch is more important than it ever has been, but understanding how to connect with them is important.

Is it possible for you to find the balance and be professional while making a personal connection with your customer? Today I’ll share with you how you can make this connection while building your business and earning respect.

Customers Chase You Words on a toggle switch to illustrate demand for your products, services, expertise or knowledge

Why Connecting with Your Customers Improves Their Lives

Commercials and other types of ads bombard you every day, so it’s no surprise that you often wonder how your marketing affects your customer. Is your marketing getting them to take action?

The ability to entertain your customers is great, but it’s also ideal that you get your message across. The message has to be relevant to them. If you can create marketing campaigns that are interesting and educational for your customers, then you’ll be able to connect with them on a personal level.

Here are some things to keep in mind as you build a marketing campaign to start connecting with your customers.

1. You need to know your customer inside and out.

2. You need to know where your customer lives.

3. You need to know where your customer works.

4. You need to know what your customer likes to eat and drink.

5. You need to know what zip code they live in.

6. What type of car does your customer drive?

7. Where does your customer prefer to vacation?

8. What is their favorite color?

These are all relevant points to make because they make up the ideal person that will be buying from you.

3D Your Request Crossword on white background

You have to add value but you won’t be certain of where you can add it unless you study your customer inside and out. You can have a wonderful product that offers all of the bells and whistles under the Sun, but keep in mind that none of it matters unless it’s going to solve your customer’s problem.

What is your customer looking for? What do they want most? Is your customer seeking to solve a problem about what to eat? What to wear? What is it that you want to accomplish?

One of the greatest things that businesses miss today is getting the customer to say “wow”. There should be a sense of urgency in any marketing campaign to not just entice someone to buy from you but there should be a sense of urgency to give the customer an experience.

While the goal is to make the experience unforgettable for the customer, it takes time to build a marketing campaign. You won’t be able to build something that attacks all of the problems overnight. You need to get to know your customer but you also need to focus on learning more about their life and what other problems they face.

Giving the customer an experience is the best way to approach running your business, but connecting with your customer is an absolute must.

Foods You Can Eat to Ease Joint Pain NOW!berries-fight-pain

Here is a list of foods you can eat to ease joint pain. A little online research helped me find this list. The original article is in a slideshow format found at

1. Berries baby! Berries sound great for jam, but they are a great food to eat to help you get relief from your joint discomfort. Does the term “anthocyanins” ring a bell? Recently, this term was used in a cranberry juice commercial, and it’s a great promoter for making healthier choices.

Adding berries into your diet like raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries will mean that you’ll get a break from the pain as they fight back with tons of antioxidants which decrease inflammation in the joints.

2. Go nuts for nuts. You aren’t nuts, but you should eat more of them. Healthy fats and antioxidants are what you’ll get from nuts, so eat plenty of them. If you don’t like to eat them alone, be sure to sprinkle some on your oatmeal.

3. Carrots. Carrots are very nutrient dense, and they are used by very intense nutrition programs for extreme healing. One specific program that bases the regimen on carrots is The Gerson Therapy. Raw carrots or the fresh juice from carrots is powerful. Get them in your body.

4. Eat your greens. Your mom may have told you over and over to please eat your dark, leafy greens, and no doubt you did to get her quite. However, it’s important that you eat them on a regular basis, whether or not your mom makes you do it. Kale, one of the most powerful dark, leafy greens is a nutrient rich food. You can now make kale chips, eat fresh kale as a salad, or juice it if you like to get the benefits. Kale is rich in antioxidants and is another powerful food that can help slow down inflammation in the body.

5. Oily fish. There are tons of fish you can choose from for lunch and dinner, but the oily fish contain omega 3’s which fight inflammation. Salmon, sardines (yes, they stink), and mackerel are all great sources of these fatty acids. You can grill up fillets with natural seasonings, and there are many other ways that these fish can be prepared too.

6. Red apples. Anthocyanins give apples their colorful blush, and these are powerful compounds that fight inflammation. Apples also contain quercetin, and that is tremendous for targeting inflammation around the lining of the heart.

7. Onions. Quercetin is a little known source of fighting inflammation, generally because most nutritionists focus on getting patients to consume foods that are rich in antioxidants. Just when you thought you had it all figured out, another foods pops up that seems to be the most unlikely source of relief.

8. Turmeric. Did you know that powerful spices are just as good as eating fruits and vegetables? Turmeric was used in the early 1900’s to heal gunshot wounds, and today it’s still going strong as a great way to dial down inflammation. You can find recipes to add this to, and you can buy the root at the health food store or purchase this in tablet form.

9. Basil. Basil is another herb that is well-known for helping reduce inflammation in the body. There is an enzyme in the basil plant that is responsible for this healing property, and it’s amazing that it slows down inflammation. This enzyme, Eugenol, is also what gives basil its fragrance.

10. EVOO. Rachel Ray has tons of folks referring to extra-virgin olive oil as EVOO, and while it’s great to cook with, this oil is also ideal for easing inflammation. Polyphenols are found in this oil as well as in red wine. These phenols ward off inflammation and it’s easy to incorporate into your cooking. You can use it as an oil for cooking, but you can also use this with spices and herbs as a marinade or even to make salad dressing.images

No matter how you see it, there are tons of ways to ease inflammation naturally. Use this list of foods you can eat to ease joint pain, and you’ll feel better fast.

More Content Marketing Trends for 2015

Tons of marketing trends are still rearing their not so ugly heads for 2015, but content marketing trends are always changing. Content marketing goes hand in hand with social media marketing, but oftentimes conversations online still separate the two.

When you make business decisions, you are more apt to make them based upon your current needs and/or past experience. That’s fine, but the main goal is focusing on what matters for the future. What will impact your business the most in the future?

Today, I’ll share with you some popular opinions on content marketing trends and how automation is playing a big part in how the customer experience plays out.

Content Marketing Trends and the Total Customer Experience

If you have looked at a list of online automation tools recently, then you know that customers want everything right at their fingertips. Every move you make or your customer makes is about convenience and buying when the mood strikes. It’s helpful to study the content marketing trends and put them to good use.

However, when it comes to marketing online you’ll always have the upper hand because you can share messages every single day. Think about whether or not it’s of significant value to change your message on a daily basis. Is it?

1. Email marketing is a great place to start. Think about the last website you visited to buy something. You may have opted in prior, and you received an email thanking you for opting in. It’s vital that you build a list. There seems to be a million and one tools for this like:

• Infusionsoft
• Mail Chimp
• Constant Contact
• Aweber
• Active Campaign
There are still more tools out there, one trying to outdo the next, but overall it’s the purpose of WHY you do what you do that should shape how you form the customer’s experience.

The other perspective isn’t so much that you “keep in touch”, as it is that email marketing automation allows you to add more personal touches. The best way to approach using email marketing is to plan ahead for what you want to convey to both the “cold” and the “warm” markets.

2. Find your niche. As author Susan Friedmann states, “There are riches in niches”. This comes from her book titled, “Riches in Niches”. Finding a niche market is important because it helps you stake claim to something of your own, and all of your marketing will be tailored to that market. It’s easier to know your buyer inside and out and then cater your marketing to meet their needs.

3. Be a part of the syndication nation. Syndicating content is the best way to make sure it has as many eyes as possible on it. This means writing blog posts, creating videos and podcasts filled with valuable content and sharing them. The more platforms you use the better.

There are tons of ways to share your information, but remember it’s all about your customer and giving them an experience. Remember, you want the experience to be meaningful and rich enough that they share it with others.

This is why the content marketing trends of 2015 will pay off when you use them consistently.

4 Ways to Improve Your Content Marketing

Driving more traffic to your website means more business for you today and in the future, but content marketing is still one of the primary methods of driving that traffic. Are you currently using content right now as a way to drive more traffic to your website?

Google is a great resource for finding information, but the algorithms change quickly. This means that the methods by which you choose to attempt to drive traffic will have to be up to snuff if you intend to get visitors on a regular basis.

Today, I’ll share with you 4 important ways to improve your content marketing. You’ll understand why your content matters, and how you can make it appealing to your audience.

Bringing Focus Back to Content Marketing

If you were to learn one important thing about how to up your game this year, what do you think it would be? Today, I’m bringing the focus back to content marketing.

Creating valuable content is important if you want to draw more visitors to your website while enticing them to return over and over again. Every piece of content you provide should command them to read it and to keep them coming back for more.

1. Quality. You’ve heard that quality over quantity is always a priority. This is especially true when it comes to marketing your content. You can write a blog with filler content, but your readers are looking for more. Your readers want valuable information, inspiring insights, and they want great offers. They want to know what you are thinking. This carries over into your videos and podcasts too. Don’t insult your readers’ intelligence.

2. Always consider data first. Data is helpful for you because it will give you an inside look into what your audience wants. Data will always improve upon your content marketing strategy because your content is based on it. For example, your target audience probably wants to know more about how you got to where you are in life and how you became successful. If you are trying to prove something to your reader, then always use data to back it up. Remember, your content is about creating value so make it believable.

3. Infographics are helpful. If you are going to use data, be sure to use infographics. You want to provide your readers with valuable information, but you need to show them the goods. Infographics that are colorful and show the figures are eye opening for those that are hard to convince. You don’t need to use these every day, but even if you use one infographic a month, you’ll persuade your readers to come back for more.

4. Headlines should ALWAYS be used. When you write a blog post, make sure that your headline reels the reader in. You want them to look at what you wrote, but you want them to KEEP reading. Use sub-headings in your content and make your content scannable. This means that you’ll want to bold some things along the way to keep their eyes moving down the page.

Content shouldn’t be hard to provide, in fact if you look around you there are tons of things that you can write about. Generally, most of your readers are looking for the inside scoop on what you are all about and what your business stands for. Readers also want to know how you can help them.

If you would like to learn more about how you can continue to use the best in content marketing strategy, please feel free to email me today and connect with me on Facebook.
