  4. Suspension training/resistance. Suspension training is ideal because it uses straps that can use any source of an anchor for a personal workout. You can easily use your body weight for resistance, and these are great for those who wish to get in a good workout at home. This method was created by a Navy Seal, and since then this method has been adopted by those who workout on a professional level. You can work your abs and easily strengthen your core.
  5. Some say that yoga is for those who are “tree huggers”, but that isn’t true at all. In fact, yoga has been adopted and practiced by all types of people and many of them suffer from chronic pain. Those who suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic pain from accident injuries, and arthritis, have found great relief by practicing yoga. This is the perfect all around workout for someone living in a small space.
